With a six-axis IMU and semi active electric suspension, changing modes doesn't just alter throttle feel but dynamically changes the whole bike allowing different levels of traction control, slide control, lift control and suspension feel at a moments notice and on the fly. Fresh new suspension setup offers 2 additional customisable settings via the Yamaha MyRide app for total control. Other electronic upgrades include a new electronic windscreen, improved TFT dashboard with phone connectivity and satnav options, Tyre Pressure monitoring, matrix LED headlights, 2x USB power outlets, blindspot detection plus keyless ignition/panniers. We haven't even mentioned the amazing new Y-AMT gearbox setup yet! Not content with just fresh gadgetry, Yamaha have also switched up the rear subframe to a larger unit offering tonnes more space for rider and pillion.
